Janet first joined Busy Bookkeeping in 2001 and has built an outstanding business servicing the needs for professional Bookkeeping services to the public.

Janet has an Office in West Ryde and has previously won the Silver Award in 2005.

The factors considered in awarding the Gold are consistent business growth, innovation, assistance to fellow Franchisees, participation in workshops & ongoing training, use of technology, growth in the number of professional bookkeeping staff, participation in Expos & information evenings, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, mentoring new Franchisees, participation in the annual National Conference, establishment of an office or shopfront, and being active in building the Brand. Brenna commenced with Busy Bookkeeping in 2005 and has established a pool of professional staff to cope with the demands of her client base.

In the first nine months of operation, Brenna set the record for the highest growth rates ever achieved across the network and has previously achieved the Bronze award in 2006.

Joanne Smeaton, the owner of Busy Bookkeeping Hamilton in Brisbane QLD has been awarded the GOLD award as the best Franchise of the year for 2006.

The award is a highly prestigious National award. All 60 Busy Bookkeeping Franchisees across Australia are evaluated by the Directors, and only one achieves the Gold award.

SILVER AWARD 2006 - Coral Wilson
Busy Bookkeeping South East Brisbane

Coral Wilson who operates the Busy Bookkeeping South East Brisbane franchise in QLD has been awarded the SILVER award for the 2006 year.

Coral is in her second year of operation and has gained the award as a result of the business model she has developed.

Supported strongly by her office manager Kylie, their combined pro-active approach to business growth and brand development, has resulted in a business model that is an exemplar to the network.

In co-operation with the other Franchisees in the Brisbane area and with the support of the head office of the Franchisor, Coral has facilitated an increased brand awareness and raised the profile of Busy Bookkeeping in Brisbane to new levels, through regular promotional activities, expos & information nights. As a strong believer that network growth comes from sharing good ideas, Coral has been highly active in gathering & distributing the best of good ideas that have been developed.

Brenna Watt, the owner of Busy Bookkeeping Northern Suburbs in Perth WA has been awarded the BRONZE award for the 2006 year.

Brenna commenced in business some 18 months ago. She has now developed a substantial business and has commenced employing staff to cope with the growth in her client base.

The 2005 Annual Excellence Awards were presented in Perth at a Private Function held at Gershwin’s, on  25th  November, 2005.

GOLD AWARD

David Farrugia of Essendon, Melbourne capped off his climb to the top— Bronze in 2002, Silver in 2003 and now Gold in 2004. The award was made due to the continued growth of his business, the professionalism of his practice, and his willing volunteer work with both his fellow franchisees and the franchisor.

SILVER AWARD

Joanne Smeaton of Hamilton, Brisbane was awarded the Silver this year. She has moved into an office, taken on staff and adopted an interesting thin-client server technology for data storage and provision to contractors. Joanne has also worked with the franchisor to develop the Brisbane franchisee group.

BRONZE AWARD

Danielle & Peter Speck were awarded the Bronze this year. They have quietly grown their business over a number of years, working with both a consummate professionalism with their clients, and a sense of humour that is well received by their fellow franchisees.
